    If you miss either of these days, you may attend the Pre-Fair Juding Make-Up day on July 9 anytime between 1:00 & 3:00 pm at the Adams Co. Extension Office.
    The Food & Clothing Skillathon Make-Up will also be held on July 9 between 1 & 3 pm at the AC Ext. Office.
  • CLOVERBUD DAY PICTURES ARE HERE! 
    Participants can stop by the office to pick up their pictures.

  • FAIR PASSES: 
    Advisors may pick up passes for their club at the Senior Fair Admin. Bldg. at the Fairgrounds July 13-17 from 1-5 pm.  Passes are $5.00 for 4-H/FFA members & $12.00 for Advisors.
  • LIVESTOCK QUALITY ASSURANCE TRAINING:  LAST CHANCE!!!!!
    July 9, 8:00 pm at OSU Extension Brown County, 740 Mt. Orab Pike in Georgetown. 
    Adams County Youth may pre-register and pay at the Adams County Extension Office on or before July 7.
  • ROBOTICS CLINIC:  July 1st, 6:00 pm at the OSU Extension in Brown County. Please call ahead 937-378-6716.
  • ***NEW FOR ALL MARKET LIVESTOCK EXHIBITORS
    County of Origin Labeling Form (C.O.O.L.)  (DUE AT WEIGH-IN MONDAY OF FAIR) (One form per animal)

    This is a new form that will help identify your animal and where the animal was born.  These forms are required by law before the animal can be sold.  Download the form here or pick them up at the Extension Office.  (One form per animal)
    **ALL MARKET LIVESTOCK EXHIBITORS
    Drug Use Notification Form (D.U.N.F.)   (DUE AT WEIGH-IN MONDAY OF FAIR)  (One form per animal)
    This is the same form we have been using the last several years.  They are required by law and provide infomation about medications that an animal may have been given.  These triplicate copy forms are available at the Extension Office.
    **NEW FOR 4-H MARKET HOG EXHIBITORS ONLY***Premise ID  (Proof of ID # DUE AT SKILLATHON MAY 20 & 21)  Go to www.agri.ohio.gov/animalid/ to apply for your premise ID number from the Ohio Dept. of Agriculture or download the Premise ID Registration Form and return it to ODA.  Premise ID FAQs.  These forms are also available at the Extension Office.
    Note:  This is ENCOURAGED for 4-H market hog exhibitors this year and possibly all 4-H market animals next year.
    **BEEF, SHEEP & GOAT EXHIBITORS ONLY***These project exhibitors must also complete a Ruminate Feed Form.  Download here or pick up at the Extension Office. (DUE AT WEIGH-IN MONDAY OF FAIR)  (One form per animal)
  • The new Adams County Plat Books are available in the Extension Office. The price is $20. This is an important fund raiser for the 4-H Endowment. Get your copy soon!
