Welcome to the home of the Adams County 4-H CARTEENS!

The Adams County 4-H CARTEENS program is conducted through Adams County 4-H under the supervision of the Adams County 4-H Educator with Maria Jansen as Middle Manager. The OSU Extension Office via the 4-H Educator works with the county court system and the Ohio Highway Patrol to provide safety training and instruction to youth traffic rule violators in an effort to promote safe driving and safer roadways.
