The Adams County 4-H Shooting Sports Program under the direction of Nan Knechtly and Don Kamps, coordinators, held a fundraiser recently at the Adams County Fairgrounds. The chili dinner was attended by many program supporters. Auctioneer Sam Bolender donated his services for the cake auction that followed. In addition to the dinner and auction, the Shooting Sports Program benefited from the proceeds of a raffle conducted by the Adams County Chapter of the Ohio Horseman’s Association. The group raffled a .22 Henry rifle, which was won by Sandy Roush, West Union. The Shooting Sports Program advisors and members appreciate the support of everyone involved in the successful fundraiser.
