Ohio's 4-H Cloverbud Program is for youth age 5 and in Kindergarten until they reach age 8 and in the third grade.
Cloverbuds are children who explore areas of healthy lifestyle, earth / environment, citizenship, plants and animals, consumerism and Family Science, science and technology, personal development, and community expressive arts.
The primary goal of the Cloverbud progam is to promote children's healthy development - mentally, physically, socially and emotionally.
The Cloverbuds program provides an excellent opportunity for children to reach his or her highest potential because early life experiences, even subtle ones, affect future development.

Cloverbud DAY Camp at Canter's Cave 4-H Camp in Jackson

Fee: $30 per Cloverbud and 1 Parent/Caregiver. $15 for each additional camper or parent from the same household.

Held during the fair. Cloverbuds who receive fair passes are expected to participate in the Interviews. All Cloverbuds will receive a participation rosette in recognition of their accomplishments.

We have a few kits in the Adams County office that are available to 4-H Advisors to sign out and use. The kits we have available are: Our Country, The Science of Sound, Fitness is Fun and Weather Fun. If you are interested in borrowing one of these kits, just stop in the office during normal business hours to sign it out. You may want to call 937-544-2339 in advance to make sure the specific kit you want is available on the date you need it.
